Event Navigation

Are you usually someone who can make up their mind quite quickly? But lately, you’ve been hit with a number of options will have complex impacts on you or your family? And you just can’t decide?

Or maybe you DON’T make decisions easily. You agonise over all the possible options again and again. You feel paralysed and stuck. And you’re sick of staying awake at night worrying about whether you’ve made the right choice.

This practical, hands-on session will give you a decision making framework that combines data and intuition to clarify the way forward.

Presenter, Trudy Rankin, has used this framework many times in her life to make myriads of career, “where-to-live” and other important decisions … from the simple to the complex.

Using this framework, she has helped many people make life-changing decisions with confidence and now she’d like to teach you how to do the same.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this training participants will be able to:

1. Clearly articulate the outcomes they want from their decision (both tangible and intangible)
2. Break the components areas of the decision down into quantifiable parts
3. Use the framework to arrive at a conclusion
4. Validate that the conclusion is the right one
