Learn how to develop and use self-insight purposefully towards engaged relationships with yourself and others.

Learning to understand ones self is an underpinning tool towards self-acceptance, contentment, integrity and attuned relationships with others; skills that present as EQ, soft skills, leadership capacity and mental health.

You are invited to join Katrina to for a workshop focusing on the concept of sustainable resilience:

• Katrina will share her journey and origins of the way she conceptualises sustainable resilience.
• You will learn about the frameworks and evidence behind sustainable resilience and why it’s important.
• You will participate in guided self-insight-orientated activities and thinking.
• You will walk away with an understanding of how and where to start your journey and ongoing commitment towards sustainable resilience in your life.

Please note:
*This session is not designed to treat mental health conditions.
*Content and activities will invite participants to think about early life and/or challenging life experiences.
*These may be discussed in small group activities on a voluntary basis.
